Manufactured in Japan, the Marushin Industry diecast metal aircraft replicas are some of the most highly detailed and finely crafted models on the market! All Marushin models are 1:48 scale. All significant parts are metal, including a finely machined metal prop and hub unit that imitates the compression stroke of a reciprocating engine! Marushin aircraft are slightly heavier as they are made from slightly thicker metal than models produced by their Chinese competitors.

Marushin models feature authentic markings and graphics, accurate scaling, sliding canopies, rotating props and wheels and either retractable landing gear (on models S-002, S-003 and S-0018) or optional display landing gear (you choose whether to display the gear in a gear down or gear up position).

Marushin aircraft come as "kits" that require minimal assembly (generally 30 minutes or less). No painting, drilling or complicated assembly on any model is necessary. It is generally a matter of attaching the wings with some included screws, etc.
