Please note - You can pay with a credit card on our site. Choose the pay via Paypal option, follow the link to the Paypal site, but select "pay via credit card without setting up a Paypal account" when you get there. If you have any questions on how to do this, please contact us.
Shipping and Return Policy
At Warpaint, LLC we can ship orders anywhere in the world and commonly ship orders to Europe, Canada and Australia. We ship orders via the United States Post Office, FedEx and UPS Ground for orders within the United States and via the United States Post Office for international shipments. Many carriers will not ship to a Post Office (P.O.) box, so please provide a street address when placing your order.
Shipping costs within the United States are automatically calculated when you begin the checkout process. For international shipments, please contact us at 248-787-9363 or mp@warpaintllc.com as additional charges will generally apply to ship overseas. Please note that our stock can fluctuate depending on supplier availability, recent orders, etc. We will notify you as soon as possible if you place an order for an item that is currently out of stock and give you its anticipated arrival date. If you order multiple items and one of the items is out of stock, your order will be shipped once we receive the out of stock item and your order is complete.
Please note that our nose art panels are customer painted by an artist, so you may experience up to a four week delay between placing your order and receiving your custom painted panel. If you are ordering these as a gift, especially around Christmas, please plan accordingly.
We stand behind our products and their quality 100% at Warpaint, LLC. All orders are inspected before shipment against the original customer order invoice and for damage. If you receive a defective or damaged product or you receive an incorrect item due to our shipping error, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund (the merchandise must be in re-sale condition if it was a shipping error on our part). We will pay for the shipping costs in this instance provided it is returned to us within 30 days.
If you receive an incorrect product due to your ordering error, we will also refund your purchase price or exchange your item for the item you intended to order (assuming it is available), however you are responsible for all shipping costs involved with returning that item and shipping the replacement. Please double check your order before you submit it to avoid this issue. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address.
